Summer Living at Emory

Summer undergraduate housing enrollment opens March 15.

On-campus housing is available to students enrolled in Maymester and six-week summer sessions. All housing is on the Clairmont Campus. Students must be enrolled on OPUS for the summer term before they can apply for summer housing.

The EmoryCard is the official identification card of the University. It also is a debit and access identification card. You may add money to your Eagle Account and save 5% at every on-campus dining location. Information and instructions are available at

Visiting students registered for summer classes may obtain an EmoryCard/identification by visiting the EmoryCard Office located in the B. Jones Center, 1st Floor. The office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Emory University's campus facilities include libraries, dining locations, student centers, computer labs, and athletic centers.

Students have access to exhibits in the Carlos Museum and performances at the Schwartz Center.

Emory also provides green space at the Lullwater Preserve.

Transportation and Parking

Summer School

All students operating vehicles at Emory must register with the Parking Office, 1701 Lowergate Drive, 404-712-8740. Students registered during the spring semester with a valid hang tag do not need to purchase a separate summer hang tag. Students (Oxford or visiting) not holding a current hang tag must purchase a summer hang tag.

To register a vehicle, a student must have or obtain  a valid EmoryCard ID. You may obtain an identification card through the Emory Card Office. University regulations, strictly enforced in housing areas and on campus, are specified in a regulations booklet furnished at the time of registration. Persons with vehicles on campus are expected to know and follow these regulations. Failure to do so may result in fines, immobilization, and/or removal of vehicles from campus.

Officially registered and enrolled students with Emory ID cards validated for the summer term are eligible for outpatient health care at Emory University Student Health Services (EUSHS). EUSHS is located at 1525 Clifton Road. Summer clinic hours are 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Counseling and Psychological Services is located at 1462 Clifton Road, Suiet 235 (Second floor).
